The Opportunity
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll help homeowners understand their options and make confident decisions about their comfort systems through honest recommendations and expert guidance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all required paperwork
• Participate in the on-call rotation schedule
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Attend ongoing training and development programs
• Follow company safety standards and best practices

Qualifications

• HVAC service and repair experience (5+ years needed)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain required certifications (we'll help you get there)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
